For the sake of the environment, I ship my parcels in used boxes. This is my way of conserving resources and contributing to sustainability.

Shipping usually takes place on Mondays and Tuesdays. Should there be any changes due to weather conditions or other circumstances, I will, of course, inform you in good time.

I attach great importance to secure shipping so that the goods arrive safely and undamaged. During the winter months, shipping also includes special winter packaging with a heat pack to best protect temperature-sensitive contents.

Shipping is exclusively with DHL.

Should any damage occur to the plant during transport, please contact me immediately so that we can find a quick solution together.
